It's my first time buying from Okdo. Hence I was a bit up and down about delivery and quality. However, I am amazed at their efforts. Firstly, the delivery came on time as expected. The packaging was fabulous. Fully sealed with extra protective materials on the inside.

Secondly I bought the Rock 4C+ Starter Kit. Since its my first time buying an SBC, I am highly glad with its performance! Installed Armbian OS on it and works like a charm.

Thirdly, the kit included everything that I needed to get started. The quality of the cables, SD card and the case was also great! I would definitely recommend Okdo and am looking forward to my next purchase with them.

Trusted site package came on time would order again

Ordered OKdo Raspberry Pi 4 4GB Model B Starter Kit, paid upfront

I live outside the UK, so I was going to use one of the logistics companies for onward delivery to my country.

The following day sales person contacted me and informed that they can't process my order because it's against company policy to ship items to logistic companies for onward delivery (that was never mentioned anywhere throughout the ordering process) and that they requested a full refund for my order, which should be transferred to my account within 5 working days.

Week passed, my order still shows as active ("processing" status), no refund transferred

Fantastic service, as usual. Got my order in less than 24h, shipped by DHL.

rock 5b is not ready for release yet as has power supply issues and just keeps rebooting.was not informed o would need a custom supply that is not on sale in UK

Have just recieved an email from Okdo requesting return of my rock 4b and referring to me as Alan ,which is not my name.Is this a sign of future problems?

As with past experience, the service was fast and efficient. Any delay was down to the current problems with the Post Office deliveries. Will certainly shop here again. Cheers! Brian

Fast delivery and well packaged. Good price too on the Black Friday sale. Took me a couple searches on the website to find what I was looking for, but that's because they have such a wide selection of products too - so swings and roundabouts.

They advertised a product and accepted an order, but then didn't ship or send any updates. Had to chase them, they decided they'd made a mistake and had no stock.

Still waiting for refund a week later.

Raspberry pi bundle . Excellent value for money . Quick delivery (48 hours ). Website very easy to navigate . Bought for my 11 year old computer mad son . It's everything he needs to learn to code . Highly recommend

With the present stock problems, pre-owned items, refurbished or otherwise, are fetching insane prices. The price from OKdo was exceptional and had the bonus of a 12 month guarantee (plus a power supply and a camera unit). It turned up on time, extremely well packaged and in perfect working order. I'm very pleased.

OKdo were great, right up to their choice of delivery partner - Sadly they used the POst Office the experts under delivery (or at least late delivery). Parcel showed up a day later than OKdo and PO said.

Bought a "Touchscreen" from them for a little more than £20, what came was a case and bubblewrap WHICH WERE BOTH MADE FOR NO MORE THAN £3 TOTAL. MAKE IT MORE OBVIOUS WHAT YOU'RE BUYING, don't show a touchscreen advertised on the images... For the touchscreen, which I doubt would arrive properly, you have to pay about £80 for it. DON'T BUY FROM THESE

Ordered their Raspberry Pi 4b bundle. Web communication was clean and clear, was kept up to date every step of the way. Faultless so far. Many thanks and would order from OKdo again without trepidation should the need arise. Shop bookmarked.

5 star service! Items were just as described and shown, very fast despatch and delivery, despite me ordering during a royal mail strike. Items were also very well packaged.
I will definitely be using this company again and would recommend.

Very happy with my refurbished rPi 4, it was also sold at just under MSRP. Which I find very admirable given how much people are trying to sell pi's on ebay etc.
